Hush Book Cover

My design and entry for a book cover competition run by Hush- a loungewear clothes company. I've tried to suggest calmness and the essence of 'Hush' by illustrating a blue flower (which traditionally represents calmness) floating over a rather erratic background. Hopefully this concept shows through?...otherwise, at least it hopefully looks pleasing to the eye?! :D

Have completed the front cover of my Children’s Book! :)

Is all bound and ready to be shown to publishers in London next week...exciting!

Here are two finished pages of my book! (At least i think there finished?...may work a little bit more on them) Have finally completed and settled on my story :) Just got to crack on with the rest of the book now ...

 

My story plot keeps changing! :S ...but at least im fixed on using these elephants now :D

Watched sex in the city last night with tam, Jade and amandy :) ... the scene when the lady has sushi over her naked body was quite funny. :)

Have been sorting through some prints and paper and found this. Has made me remember what unexpected pretty colours can be made through printing :)

Getting ready to start 3rd year of uni and getting into the swing of propper artwork again after a summer of supermarket work and small arty doodles :)  Have been playing around with collage to make these ladybirds :)
